Terms and Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions serves as a contract between RedBurd Transportation and our valued customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

• Grace Periods:  There is a 15 minute grace period.  After 15 minutes there will be a fee of $0.75 per minute with a minimum fee of $5.00.
• Wait Times:  Our drivers will not wait longer than 30 minutes.  If you're going to be delayed due to a late flight, severe weather or other extenuating circumstances beyond your control, please notify us at info@redburdtransporation.com or call/text us at 470-713-4607.
